Non-beverage items that are (i) undamaged, (ii) unused/unworn and (iii) accompanied by their original receipt may be returned for store credit (issued in the form of a gift card for the purchase price of the original item) within (30) days of purchase. For beverage items, if a product is defective in a way that impacts the quality of the beer, we will gladly exchange the defective product for a replacement. We ask that you provide us with the packaging in question (so that we may track the lot number and any defects in packaging) and provide us with a detailed list of observations/complaints and any pictures you may have taken so that we may better understand the issue in question.
