Refund and Returns Policy

We stand behind our products and are committed to providing exceptional experiences and delicious, well made beer. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us at quality@9milelegacy.com. Non-beverage items that are (i) undamaged, (ii) unused/unworn and (iii) accompanied by their original receipt may be returned for store credit (issued in the form of a gift card for the purchase price of the original item) within (30) days of purchase. For beverage items, if a product is defective in a way that impacts the quality of the beer, we will gladly exchange the defective product for a replacement. We ask that you provide us with the packaging in question (so that we may track the lot number and any defects in packaging) and provide us with a detailed list of observations/complaints and any pictures you may have taken so that we may better understand the issue in question.
