Hybrid Vigour is the result of high-quality malts and non-traditional approach to a classic style.
In this beer, our brewing team showcases a delightful Vienna malt base from Makers Malt in Rosthern, SK and turns it on its ear – we take the German Märzen style (traditionally a lager) and ferment it with American Ale yeast.
The result is bigger than the sum of its parts!
Appearance is a light amber. Expect caramel and bready flavours throughout.
